Raymond Herber lives and works at Iron Ridge Quarry Sculpture Park nestled in the hills overlooking North Canterbury's Waipara Valley. He was born in Christchurch in 1971, one of seven children from a European immigrant family of artists.

Steel and stainless are Raymond's medium of choice, and his work encompasses small scale intimate studies of moments suspended in time, whimsical interactive and kinetic pieces as well as large scale private and public sculpture. Sculpture Park open times are. Open every Sunday 10am to 4pm Open most other days 10am to 3pm but please phone, email, or text ahead to make sure Raymond is at the property, this will avoid disappointment. Group bookings are welcome, Raymond can perform a forging demonstration and talk for larger groups. Large indoor gallery space with seating if the weather is cold. Complimentary tea and coffee provided. Picnics welcome. Entry cost: $10pp Under 16yrs Free
